Shipping inside Lebanon

Next to each product, we have stated that we manufacture your customized cement tiles in approximately 5 weeks. This is the maximum processing time for producing or importing your chosen items. Once the order is on a truck, transit time generally ranges from 1-3 business days to transport from our factory to various regions across the country. If the items are in stock, you can expect to receive within 3-5 days of the order being placed.

International Shipping

Mada is based in Lebanon but also ships to international clients, thanks to our  partners. Arrangements for international shipments will be communicated via email or phone, since this depends largely on freight forwarders. It is a case by case matter.

Return Policy

Mada does NOT accept returns on any of our products in order to minimize inconsistencies. We encourage viewing multiple samples prior to ordering whenever possible.

Cancellation Policy

Mada only accepts cancellations within 24 hours of receiving your confirmation email. Outside of this time-frame, orders cannot be cancelled.

NOTE

Any shortage or damage must be noted upon receipt of the product and written in detailed notes on the Delivery Receipt. All inspection of tiles must be done upon receiving the products and communicated directly with Mada.

Our concrete items are primarily handmade, hand-picked and hand-packed. slight surface issues are standard. It is always advised to order at least 15% more than your project requirements to allow for these issues, as well as installation cuts, and breakage.
